RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please check with staff if you have any questions regarding the product and/or fitment as items generally cannot be returned.
You will need to contact DC Jap by phone, email or PM within 14 days of purchasing to require a return for your item.
Please note any products that have been opened, test fitted, damaged, packaging or contents lost or damaged will NOT be accepted for return.
Any returns will attract a minimum 15% restocking fee, an additional 3.5% fee when refunding pay pal purchased returns, an additional 6% fee when refunding Afterpay & ZipPay/Money purchased returns and an additional 15% on all Ebay purchased returns.   
The product including box and instructions must be in perfect saleable condition otherwise further charges may be applicable.
We will of course accept warranty returns however these must be discussed with our staff prior to sending parts back.
The return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the purchaser until warranty is confirmed.
