Shipping & Returns
Please check with staff if you have any questions regarding the product and/or fitment as items generally cannot be returned.
You will need to contact DC Jap by phone, email or PM within 14 days of purchasing to require a return for your item.
Please note any products that have been opened, test fitted, damaged, packaging or contents lost or damaged will NOT be accepted for return.
Any returns will attract a minimum 15% restocking fee, an additional 3.5% fee when refunding pay pal purchased returns, an additional 6% fee when refunding Afterpay & ZipPay purchased returns and an additional 15% on all Ebay purchased returns.
Postage cost will NOT be refunded.
The product including box and instructions must be in perfect saleable condition otherwise further charges may be applicable.
We will of course accept warranty returns however these must be discussed with our staff prior to sending parts back.
The return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the purchaser until warranty is confirmed.
We are a reseller for all brands and any manufacturer warranty is passed onto the original purchaser of any product.
We will also discuss warranty/returns with the supplier making the whole process as smooth and easy as possible.
Unfortunately we are not able to warrant any items that we deem to have been misused, altered, abused or not used for their intended purpose.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to verify the part prior to installation and it’s installed correctly.
Once it has been used, we cannot offer a return.
POSTAGE & DELIVERY
The delivery times provided by DC Jap Automotive are estimates only. Actual delivery is provided by third parties outside of our control. DC Jap Automotive provide tracking on all orders.
DC Jap Automotive will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
DC Jap Automotive cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address.
We now ship World wide - All items are shipped using a courier unless otherwise arranged via email.
Please allow 1-2 business days handling time for INSTOCK items to be sent out.

Pick Up is available at our Sydney showroom/warehouse.
