Wheel design is then 3D modelled around numerous data points taken from the car and 100% precision is achieved by our state-of-the-art Unigraphic NX Analysis software to ensure SAE/TUV compliance whilst exceeding applicable load ratings. (This step is only required for custom sized or a new design not currently in our catalogue.)

Manufacturing begins with aerospace-grade T6061 billet aluminium, forged and heat treated in our 12,000 tonne press then moved onto the CNC machine for precision milling. This step is for shaping the spokes, lip design and any other details such as air gaps and weight reduction are achieved. The wheel then undergoes hand preparation, brushing and polishing followed by pre-treatment prior to coating.

Quality Control means every single wheel is inspected and signed off for delivery. This consists of the finish’s aesthetics, powder coat thickness and wheel structure inspection.
